Hasbro Star Wars team members Patrick Schneider and Chris Reiff gave Bad Batch fans their very first glimpses of the long-awaited Black Series Omega action figure during their Hasbro Pulse 1027 Premium Event earlier this week.

The figure is modelled after Omega’s appearance in “Aftermath” and comes with several accessories: her trademark Zygerrian energy bow, the breather mask she used in the episode “Replacements”, and the adorable “strange-looking lizard” Ruby.

Fans may be disappointed that Omega wasn’t paired with lovable medical droid AZI-3 but there’s always a chance that he’ll get a Hasbro figure of his own at some point. Fingers crossed for a Gonky/AZI-3 duo pack in the near future!

After months of waiting and supply chain issues, the Omega Black Series action figure is now available to order via Amazon, Amazon UK, Big Bad Toy Store, and other online retailers. The figure was originally given a January 2023 release date but, thankfully, this turned out to be a “worst case scenario” date.

Update: The figure began shipping worldwide in April 2022 and should be available to purchase from Amazon or any other online retailer. And here’s my bite-size review now that I have that Omega figure in my hands: She’s perfect and the images shown above do not accurately represent the skin tone of the finished product; she is definitely more tan in person. The ideal gift for any fan of Star Wars: The Bad Batch.

P.S. Her season two Mercenary Gear action figure is also available to pre-order and will hopefully be shipped before January 2024.
